Carrying out the duty ot its mission for entrepreneurship since its inception has driven PNM to establish an exclusive subsidiary company to handle the venture capital business. The subsidiary is also aiming to strengthen cooperation that ties in with PNM.s business partner prospect. On 29 October 1999 PT. PNM Ventura Capital ( PNM-VC) was establish, carrying on of its mission in creating new business and utilization technology that needs capital investment.
CAPITAL investment has been a specific characteristic of the subsidiary. Consequently, the business mission of PNM-VC is financing for medium scale business , especially in the capital investment sector, that range from Rp. 2 Billion to Rp. 10 Billion per partner company ( PPU).
The scope of PNM-VC operation covers two categories of activities :

Apart from becoming a venture capital company, PM-VC also commercializes product invented by the Indonesians and patents the rights as a contribution to domestic industries and exports - Revitalization
Utilizing competencies in financial services to assist the people in overcoming their financial difficulties, and reviving and improving the performance of under-utilized production facilities by way of providing financial consult service.
