PT PNM Investment Management

PT PNM Investment Management (PNM IM) was initially established as PT Rashid Hussain Asset Management established on Act No. 23, dated 7 May 1996 formulated before Dr. Widjojo Wilami, a notary in Jakarta and was legalized by the decree of Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia no. C2-8304-HT.0 1.01. year 1996 dated 7 August 1996 and was registered in the Company Registry Office of South Jakarta Municipality No. 055/BH.09.03/VIII/96, dated 21 August 1994 and was announced in the State Official Gazette dated 24 September 1996 No. 77, the Appendix of the Gazette No. 8230. On 28 September 1999, based on Act No. 10 formulated in front ofArry Supratno SH., a notary in Jakarta, the ownership of the company share was taken over by PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) and based on the mentioned act, the name of the company was changed into PT PNM Investment Management. As a subsidiary of PNM, PNM IM has business activities in financial consultant and investment management, aiming to implement Widespread Ownership Program (WOP) for UKMK (small and medium scale enterprises) through PNM Capital Investment. PNM IM had a license as Investment Manager as shown on the decree of the Head ofthe Stock Exchange Supervisory Board No. Kep-01/PM/MI/1998, dated 27 January 1998 on License as Investment Manager.
